What exactly is a TelePC system ?

The TelePC ™ software/kit/system is both hardware and software. The hardware consists of a specialized Dialogic dialing board that is plugged into a slot on a dedicated computer system. The dialing board and software work together with your database, no matter what that database consists of, to make outbound calls with a pre-recorded message of your choice that can be changed at anytime. The board and software also mediate any incoming calls. In other words, you can use the TelePC™ software/kit/system for almost anything!

Our complete System includes the following major components: A dedicated CPU System, Dialogic dialing voice board, TelePC software.

The specialized dialing board & software are not toys. If you are not a technical person, and just want your system to make you money from the day you receive it-then you are better off having AMT assemble, configure and provide you with a complete dedicated turn-key plug & play system.

We make it very easy to afford a complete TelePC software/kit/system. How many  and how much origination fee should I expect to generate from a TelePC ?

A minimum 2 line TelePC software/kit/system is capable of automatically dialing upto 2,500 calls a day. Assuming the response rate is 1%. That means about 14 leads a day. Now let's say you are a bad salesmen and you only close 10% of the leads. You will close 1.4 sales a day. 1.4 x 30 = 42. That's an additional 42 sales a month. If you average a conservative $1,000.00 in commissions per deal. You should walk away clean with $42,000.00 a month of pure cash-profits at a marketing cost of only a couple of hundred dollars!

Keep in mind that the only people that will respond to your are the people that are super interested in your offer or they will just hang up. This is why a little 2 line software/kit/system is capable of producing such a high number of super qualified leads. Can I use the TelePC computer for something else while it's on out-bound dial mode?

Yes, since it operates under windows 98's or 2000's multi-tasking capability. You can use other windows programs such as word processors, utilities, games, whatever to make productive use of your time while it's running and producing leads. You can even use the voicemail auto attendant to automate your office incoming phone calls while it's running in out-bound mode. Each phone line can be set to either out-bound, in-bound or fax broadcast. So line 1 can be making out-bound calls while line 2 is answering incoming calls.

What other types of successful marketing methods can the TelePC be used for?

The software/kit/system can also be used for valuable survey campaigns to test the market demand for your product or services without having you to spend a fortune on advertising or direct-mail then wait weeks or even months to find out if it works or not. It saves you valuable time and money. A survey is a very powerful and effective approach and generates an overwhelming number of responses.

It can also be used for appointment setting. For example doctors use it to confirm appointments. If you have 20 appointments next week. You just record a simple out-bound message with your voice and click with a mouse and the system will automatically call and confirm 20 appointments for you in less than 15 minutes. How many different configurations in hardware and software does the TelePC software/kit/system come in?

The TelePC comes in several models. The most basic model; TelePC Kit consists of the TelePC software and the 2 line Dialogic voice dialing board hardware. This allows the customer to install a minimum software/kit/system on a computer of their choice. This system provides you with all of the attributes of the larger systems but without a larger number of phone lines or a CAS compatible fax board. (WARNING: You must be a trained computer technician to be able to install the voice board and configure the software to run properly. This is not a toy, do not attempt to do this if you have no prior computer technical background.)

The next model; TelePC 2000 provides the customer with a turn-key plug & play system ready to generate leads and make you money right out of the box , i.e., complete computer, operating system, 2-line Dialogic voice board and TelePC software all fully assembled, installed and configured. Recommended model for non computer technical persons.

The third option provides a more industrial grade of system; large UPS power supply for power brownouts or power interruptions plus larger hard disk drive and a 4 line communications card the fourth system option are more than 4 lines and are custom systems for integration to companies PBX system or network connectivity, etc. inquiries are handled on a quote basis only.

What computer systems can the TelePC™ TelePC Kit operate on?

TelePC software and Dialogic voice dialing card can be installed and operate on any IBM compatible PC. Minimum configuration should be a 1. Ghz processor, 256 MB of memory and at least a 15 Gig hard disk drive. The operating system should be Windows 2000 Professional for system under 24 lines.

What is the maximum number of telephone lines that I can utilize in one system box?

TelePC can operate with up to 24 separate telephone lines divided into any combination of input or output lines on a standard PC box. An industrial chassis system is available that facilitates up to 98 lines on one box.

Can I use customer information directly from my data- base such as customer contact or accounting applications software?

Because of the diversity of applications software, TelePC cannot, at the moment, directly access other types of database software. The basic parts of the database consist of a date/time stamp, telephone number and I.D. number. A customer can export an ASCII list consisting of these fields from their company database and import it into TelePC (very easy to do) or download a list of as many phone numbers from any popular CD phone directory such as; phone cd included FREE with any system order (with pc).

Will the TelePC be able to record a response from my prospect when it has the person on the phone ?

Yes, the TelePC system is designed with a tree structure mailbox system. This means that the user of the system has an unlimited amount of flexibility in setting up and soliciting responses from their targeted prospects. As an example, after contacting the prospect you may want a certain amount of information from them. You could provide a menu of; lets say, three options to choose from. The customer may select option three and at this point you may want to give them more options to select from or ask them a question. The answer to the questions can be accepted as a verbal response or a phone touch-tone response. After the customer answers the question you could provide them with more options for selection or continue your question answer session.

When you start designing these sort of software/kit/systems a large hard drive is recommended because sound files take up a lot of room. You can listen and note your customer's responses later or store them for future reference. A contact report is also generated telling you if a live person answered the phone, an answering machine answered the phone or no contact was made at all. The TelePC will continue to call the unanswered calls until you discontinue the call list or all calls are answered in one form or another.

One word of caution when placing automated outbound calls. It's best to keep only 1 or 2 options at the most simple so not to confuse the prospect with too many options. It will confuse the prospect and he or she will hang up even if they were interested.

Is there a warranty on the TelePC system?

Yes, the Dialogic voice dialing card comes with a lifetime warranty. The computer comes with a 1 year on-site free parts and labor warranty from the manufacturer. The TelePC software comes with a life-time warranty. Since the system is an open telephony architecture. It is very easy to fix or replace the systems main components. There's really no other moving parts in the entire system except for the hard drive. So if the hard drive breaks down just replace it with another one. A typical computer system has a life expectancy of 7 years to MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) of continued use. You should have 7 years of trouble free operation before you might need to replace the main components such as a power transformer or a key board. Since the entire system uses off the shelf telephony and computer technology. Most parts are stocked by almost every computer supplier.

Is there any law against using this sort of hardware and software to call people for telemarketing purposes?

No, there is no law that makes this form of communication illegal, the same, as there is no law, yet, to outlaw using the Internet to send people information on a product or service. There are laws against using any sort of technology in soliciting a prospects for a scam or to "rip-off" a person - it is called mail fraud, among other things. Of course anyone can use the benefits of technology to offer or sell a legitimate service or product and it is nearly impossible to not sell AMT to this type of person if they misrepresent themselves to AMT.

There may be specific laws in various states under Consumer Protection that specify particular types of harassment situations that could involve the system. Because of the massive number of people that the system can contact in a short time it is up to the customer (you) to make this form of communication as inoffensive as possible and not abuse the consumers privacy. Certain ways of operation can be utilized in order to accomplish this. The general rules are that you can only operate the between the hours of 9am and 9pm. You can operate it 7 days a week. 52 weeks a year. You must keep a do-not-call list and remove the telephone number from your calling list for good if the called party requests that you do so and never call them again. (This same rule applies to the traditional live telemarketing solicitations as well.) These rules are set by the FCC. You may consult your state attorney generals office and local authorities for any regulations or restricted use when using the outbound dialing features of a TelePC System.

How long will it take for me to begin getting qualified leads?

The TelePC 2000 or 4000 Turn-Key Systems comes fully assembled and configured out of the box. It will begin generating qualified leads for you in as little as 1 hour, providing you already have a list of phone number to dial. The do it yourself TelePC system PC kit will require a computer technician to install the Dialogic voice boards into a intel pentium 1.2 ghz  or higher computer and configure the windows based software to operate correctly. It will take about 5-7 hours to do this.

You will never, ever have to make another pressure and rejection filled cold-call, waste hundreds or thousands on worthless risky advertising only to make the advertising reps rich, beg real estate agents for , speak to unqualified  prospects ever again or spend countless hours speaking to uninterested prospects again!
